Andy Oldfield ,

An Introduction To Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

I thought this book was an admirably concise, well written and psychologically accurate account of what hypnosis is and how hypnotherapy ought to be structured. It struck me as an ideal text for a newcomer to the subject, so I included it on the reading list for courses I teach. My students have concurred, saying it proved as useful to them as I thought it would be.
