Sea of love
An easy reader but with a gripping story line. Not too much description and repetition
Sea of love
My least favourite of all her books.
Too much emphasis on building too many characters I found myself blotting out descriptions as I struggled to remember who was who in the first chapters. Story was unusually slow for Montefiore to build leaving me bored.
I usually can’t put her books down.
The story in Italy was the best bit but it needed a whole book to itself to fill out and draw us in.
Normally I would give her books 4 stars as I’m oftentimes gripped from the first chapter. Not this time.
Sea of Lost Love
Great story! It made me angry and it made laugh and cry and how it all unfolded was cleverly written. Some of the intimate encounters I didn’t want to picture but I know that’s what some people need to read. The story was so good I could stop reading it till I had all the answers. Thank you!!
