Plot Summary
When twinkie newbie and closet bear-chaser Tyler (Joe Conti) finally infiltrates New York's exclusive "bear" scene it doesn't take long for him to become infatuated with commitment-phobic Roger, the bonafide Casanova. As Tyler negotiates the trials and tribulations of his seemingly elusive love, he finds himself drawn closer to the quirky and endearing characters populating the fabulous big bear community. Touching on society's pressure to fit into a mold, the struggles of long-term relationships and the rediscovery of the importance of true friendship, BearCity is a prime cut of movie-beef that will have you laughing to the final frame.

amazing funny film
i love this film, bears rule, and it brought a tear to my eye at the end.

BearCity It was..
For a independent film, it was very good. I did like it and will be buying it. It was light and had a story line which many "gay films" lose within 25minutes of starting. I enjoyed it and if your looking for something to lose yourself a for a while then pick this film.
Good movie, but not for all
I really liked this movie. There was a good story to it and the sub plots relating to the other characters were very entertaining.
I'm not sure how much appeal this movie will have outside the bear community.
My only criticism is around the choice of actor for Roger and Tyler. I was not to convinced by them. Sorry.
