Plot Summary
Star Wars takes on a dazzling new look in the first-ever animated feature from Lucasfilm Animation - Star Wars: The Clone Wars. As the Clone Wars sweep through the galaxy, the heroic Jedi Knights struggle to maintain order and restore peace. More and more systems are falling prey to the forces of the dark side as the Galactic Republic slips further and further under the sway of the Separatists and their never-ending droid army. Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan learner Ahsoka Tano find themselves on a mission with far-reaching consequences, one that brings them face-to-face with crime lord Jabba the Hutt. But Count Dooku and his sinister agents, including the nefarious Asajj Ventress, will stop at nothing to ensure that Anakin and Ahsoka fail at their quest. Meanwhile, on the front lines of the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Master Yoda lead the massive clone army in a valiant effort to resist the forces of the dark side.

what about the other star wars films!?
This is a good(ish) film, but its way too expensive and they dont have any of the other star wars films:( come on itunes lower your high prices and put the other six films on. please! ;(
star wars clone wars MAY THE CASH BE WITH YOU APPLE
film as we all know is excellent if not because its star wars but blimey APPLE do you really have to be this expensive considering you can buy this on dvd in main uk store for a tenner or so go to show how Apple feed and grow with every corporate day. solution- CHAPER FILMS MORE SALES STACK EM HIGH SELL EM CHEAP.
Good, but not at iTunes prices, and why not sell the ORIGINAL Star Wars as well...
....in a galaxy far, far away,.....Clone Wars is excellent for an animation (even though the original cast did not lend their voices for the animated film). But, unless George Lucas has a reason for not releasing the full back catalogue of Star Wars movies..? I still don't understand why they're not available to download from iTunes? Whilst The Clone Wars is brilliant fun, for me it does not eclipse the live action movies, and whilst Revenge of the Sith (Episode III) is quite remarkable, you cannot beat the original trilogy. Somehow I think Alec Guinness as Ben Kenobi and Harrison Ford et al gave warmth through the comradeship in sharing the adventure along with us. The latest movies do not do this, including The Clone Wars...but it's Star Wars and it simply cannot be imitated or beaten. Can't wait for the live-action TV series to be released soon....in a galaxy near you!
