Plot Summary

Dan Brown's international bestseller comes alive in the film The Da Vinci Code, directed by Ron Howard with a screenplay by Akiva Goldsman. Join symbologist Robert Langdon (Academy Award® Winner Tom Hanks, 1993 Best Actor, Philadelphia, and 1994 Best Actor, Forrest Gump) and cryptologist Sophie Neveu (Audrey Tautou) in their heart-racing quest to solve a bizarre murder mystery that will take them from France to England and behind the veil of a mysterious ancient society, where they discover a secret protected since the time of Christ. With first-rate performances by Sir Ian McKellen, Alfred Molina and Jean Reno, critics are calling The Da Vinci Code 'involving'* and 'intriguing,'* 'a first rate thriller.'**

2 stars!?!?!?!!?!?!?!

This movie is no way worth less than 3 stars it is absolutly brilliant with superb acting, plot twists at every turn and a amazing accompioning book to go along with it. I will admit that it is quite slow to get going but once you get through the first 10 minutes it really does pick up also it can be quite hard to keep up with so that you may need to watch a couple of time to know what is going on also helps if you have read the book. A great film withc no matter what anyones else says grows on you if you watch it more than once

great film

This film has a great plot and storyline. At some points it makes the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. Great film and to the people below they obviously watch movies like 'the ring' and think they're complicated. This movie exercises the mind and inner thought *****

My favoruite film

This film has everything Good acting, FX, cast and the story is the best. It's ALSO my fave book and they are both amazing. This couldn't be better and the average should be 5 stars! It says thriller but it's also a mystery, puzzling action thriller. Trust me it's great on your ipod. I hope you like it as much as me!
