Plot Summary
Two pretty American girls on a road trip across Europe end up alone in the woods at night when their car breaks down in rural Germany. As they search for help they find an isolated house. Offering to call them a taxi, the houses owner Dr. Heiter, a retired surgeon, invites the girls inside with the promise of a drink and dry place to wait for help to arrive. Too late they realise that there is something not quite right about the formidable Dr. Heiter... As their demented host explains his twisted vision, the two girls discover that they are soon to become a lot closer to each other than they ever wanted to be. Heiter's plan is to connect the two girls, along with a third person, a hapless Japanese tourist, to each other via their gastric systems in a daring bid to be the first person to create a Siamese triplet bringing to life his sick lifetime fantasy "The Human Centipede". Inspired by a conversation over what punishment would be appropriate for convicted paedophiles, Tom Six's bizarre biological horror film has the distinction of being 100% medically accurate.

Horrible film!!!
What else can I say than the people who wrote this film were messed up in the head! Stupid story and disturbing images throughout! A total waste of a film.
Sick - but not in the intended way
When I first heard about this film I thought it might be a decent, original horror film. It is not.
Almost certainly the worst film of the year and quite possibly one of the worst of all time. Dismal acting and cliches up to the hilt to name a few of it's faults - but the main crime is what exactly type of is it or was it intended to be? Horror? Comedy? Art-house?...who knows...certainly Tom Six doesn't.
100% medically accurate? Hmm maybe but this patients diagnosis is terminal and would be better off being put out of it's misery. Avoid at all costs.
Human Centipede
I had such high hopes for this film after reading so many rave reviews, but it is a slow, disappointing and tedious film. The acting isn't outstanding but Dieter Laser who plays Dr Heiter was not too bad. The storyline is rediculous at times and most of the scenes are repulsive and disturbing but there isn't much here to be called a horror film. It is a 100% medically accurate but a total waste of time and I wouldn't be rushing to watch a sequel if they made one.
