Plot Summary
Life seems perfect for John Brennan (Russell Crowe) until his wife, Lara (Elizabeth Banks), is arrested for a murder she says she didn't commit. Three years into her sentence, John is struggling to hold his family together, raising their son Luke (Ty Simpkins) and teaching at community college while he pursues every means available to prove her innocence. With the rejection of their final appeal, Lara becomes suicidal and John decides there is only one possible, bearable solution: to break his wife out of prison. Refusing to be deterred by impossible odds or his own inexperience, John devises an elaborate escape plot and plunges into a dangerous and unfamiliar world, ultimately risking everything for the woman he loves.

Edge of seat stuff
When you look at the plot in a few words on a bit of paper, you don't think it'll be that good. But when you sit down and watch it, see all the details and things it takes to break someone out of jail and taking all the risks... Especially when it's someone you love so much. I couldn't even attempt to do that for the person I love, although she is everything to me, even if I'm not to her... Anyway, it's a brilliant film, very intense, and the last 45 mins are the best. Please watch it!! :)x
Don't miss even though the mid 30 mins is slow !
Excellent movie with superlative performance from Russell Crowe.
The first 30 mins is twist & turns and the last 30 mins is edge of seat entertainment! The mid 30 mins is a bit slow but easily watchable! Hence this is a complete movie.
Excellent!! Best movie this year!
