Plot Summary
When soldier Robert Miller (Toby Kebbell: Dead Mans Shoes, RocknRolla) returns home from Afghanistan, he finds it hard to fit back into society. Eventually finding work within the undercover surveillance of suspected terrorists, he becomes obsessed with saving a young Anglo-Asian woman from a group of fanatics. But when his plan to assassinate the fanatics is sabotaged by the security services his rage spirals out of control, and Robert embarks on a brutal quest for justice - with devastating consequences... Good, then bad, then ugly
This film started so well, I was getting in to it and was looking forward to watching it. However I found it really started to drag through the middle and the plot became quite obvious, but I held on in the hope that the end would bring a good action packed finish, It delivered this a little bit, but the ending was just so dissapointing, it felt like they had just given up at writing a real ending, I felt quite cheated by it in the end.
Excellent British Movie
One if the best British films I've seen in a long time with a gripping storyline, believable characters and an interesting viewpoint on the world as it is.
Realistic and gritty while remaining just enough removed from the mundane.
Brilliant.
Action Packed!
I saw this film at the cinema and it was so good. Toby Kebbell is such a good actor and the action scenes are epic! Def worth a watch!
