Backstreet Boys

Like our own Take That, America's Backstreet Boys — together since 1993, when they were loosed upon the world by boy band mogul Lou Pearlman — have cruised comfortably into the later reaches of the '00s as a four piece, with the door left open for Kevin Richardson to reunite the original line-up at some future point (compare Robbie Williams). And also like TT, the BB achieved their foothold in showbiz by conquering Europe. Their 1996 self-titled debut album did massively well on the continent and paved the way for a glorious return to their homeland where tracks like "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" and "All I Have to Give" proved their unique blend of sweet balladry and pec-flexing dancefloor fare could take the lusty lads to the top. Here, we round out the picture, with a selection of classic Backstreet tracks drawn from subsequent albums, from Millennium (1999) to This Is Us (2009).
