u2 the most underrated?

i will agree that seconds is a very fine song and not a typical U2 track. i will qualify it by saying that it was written and released before I got interested in U2 which was when Unforgettable Fire was released. Since then the live concerts from the beginning (1978/79) until the end of the war tour are definitely the most interesting period for me: amazing what rudimentary effects and tons of passion can achieve. For sure my life would be poorer had not U2 existed and i really really appreciate them. but i hardly think they are under appreciated. the list of under appreciated bands is very long and includes Bad Checks from either N or S. Carolina, the Chameleons, the bhundu boys and one Thousand violins. Not U2. as for the nina simone track, doesn't ne me quite pas tear at your heart more than the house of the rising sun?
forgive me for being a critic: its far easier than having any discernable talent. i wish you all the best.
