ExplicitAnomaly Supplemental: A Very Potter Musical | Pigfarts, Pigfarts, here we come! Sarah, KC, and Sue got together to talk about the YouTube sensation "A Very Potter Musical." The plot is basically a parody mash-up of Harry Potter books 4-7, but that's not what's important. We talk about our favorite characters, songs, one-liners, and running gags. And somehow take a brief detour to the much more serious topic of digital distribution of media (including theater, television, and music). *Please note: This episode carried an "explicit" tag due to a few instance of mild to moderate profanity in some of the quotes and/or clips from the production. | 25 4 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

CleanAnomaly: Virgin Galactic Interview | In this episode of Anomaly, Angela and Jen interviewed Will Pomerantz, the Vice President of Special Projects for Virgin Galactic. This episode was a result of a discussion they had during a review of Spaceballs, a film that neither Angela or Jen are particularly fond of. The commentary soon turned into a conversation about the last shuttle mission and the downsizing of NASA. If you wish to listen to that episode, you can find it along many other episodes in our Archive. They requested this interview in an attempt to inject a little optimism for the future of space travel into, not only themselves, but their listeners as well. They hope it inspires you as much as it inspired them. If you haven’t done so already, please subscribe to our podcast and our newsletter. Anomaly Supplemental: Whovangelism (aka Doctor Who's Blink) | How do you get someone into "Doctor Who"? One theory is: have them watch the season 3 episode "Blink." In this Anomaly Supplemental episode, Kasey (our resident Whovian) and Sue (who'd never seen a single "Who" episode before in her life) put this theory to the test. And it's quite the wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey episode - just what you'd expect from "Doctor Who." WARNING: Contains spoilers. May contain nuts. | 18 12 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitAnomaly Waffles On About Shaun of the Dead | Jen and Angela are joined by their good friend Simon Meddings, from their "brother podcast" Waffle On. "Meds", as he's known to his friends, is a horror film aficionado so Jen and Angela allowed him to lead the conversation about this British Rom-Com-Horror film. This is a fun conversation that includes skit at the start of the episode. Simon wrote the skit, Jen mixed it (as well as the rest of the episode) and Jen, Angela and Meds star in it. NOTE: It is not kid friendly. It's a bit too scary for tikes. This episode is labeled explicit for that reason. Conider using headphones for the best experinence. Good To Hear A Womans Point Of View
Heard of this podcast when it was advertised on another I subscribe to. I decided to give it a go and....I loved it. Intelligent and entertaining talk of all things Sci-Fi. It gets an ori-STUDFARM thumbs up. Nice to hear the female opinions on Sci-Fi doesn't differ too much from my own. Thanks and keep 'em coming!!
Very enjoyable female fan view on Sci-Fi rlated topics
Covering all sorts of topics from a broad base of sci-fi related subjects, this is a podcast that will appeal to almost anyone with even a vague interest in the genre. The fact that it's a female focussed viewpoint we get also puts a new spin on a number of points that I simply wouldn't have considered otherwise. Both enjoyable and engaging, it gets five stars from me.
Geek Girls rule
I have only started listening to this podcast and as i work my way through the back catalogue i fall more and more in love with their chat. It is good to hear girls talking with knowledge and true love about Star Wars, Star Trek and BSG. The best comment so far was "I had the Star Wars music at my wedding and it was my choice" sheer brilliance. Give it a listen.
