Podcast Description
In this series of podcasts from the Big Lottery Fund we talk to the people, policy-makers and projects who are making a difference in our neighbourhoods. We talk about the issues that matter to them, and share how our funding is making a big impact in local communities across the UK. We have been funding bright ideas, big and small, since 2004. We award around £400 million to £600 million of National Lottery money every year to charities, social enterprises and community projects; supporting good causes across health, education, environment and charitable purposes. Find out what we’ve learned from this funding, what the future opportunities might be, and hear the grassroots view of this work.
