ExplicitEpisode 1: Tig Notaro | This is the very first episode of my incredible new podcast, which pretty much involves me having delightful conversations with assorted people of note- you know, celebrities, dignitaries, assassins and whatnot. This time around, my guest is my close personal friend, world-class comedian Tig Notaro, whom you no doubt know from the Sarah Silverman Program, In the Motherhood, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Comedy Central, Last Call with Carson Daly, and a bunch of other stuff too. This interview was conducted at Tig's palatial Los Angeles home on July 5, 2010. I am allergic to cats and Tig has one so I have the sniffles throughout. Brace yourself. For more information on this and other topics, please visit my website on the Internet at www.davehillonline.com. Also, I'm on Twitter at twitter.com/mrdavehill. So there. Wacky, but wonderful
Dave Hill's Podcasting Incident is an oddball of fun. His choice of guests, all appearing to be friends is varied & high class & his intriguing character generates a lot of fun for the podcast. Well worth a listen
Mr Hill is a funny man
This podcast is a lot of fun!
Dave knows some cool people, and talks back and forth with them about all sorts of interesting and funny stuff.
There is also great music in the show, as guests who are musicians perform their material live or talk about their records. A particular highlight is the 'Lucy Wainwright Roche' episode. Dave even joins in on a track, lending his particular brand of shredding skills to Roche's version of the scottish folk classic 'Wild Mountain Thyme'.
Download this podcast, and if you don't like it, your judgement may be impaired.
Entertaining!
Very funny(Dave), informative in places(guests) and some excellent guitar noodling(Dave)! He's living the dream so the rest of us can take it easy.
