Big thank you to Able and the team from Plymouth in the UK for your incredible show. Not only do you nail the physical aspects, you really have some amazing guests discussing mental health, which I really feel goes hand in hand. The show with Terri Cole was exceptional! Every show I always come away from learning something new and important and I normally end up buying a book from your guests as you interview people that are just on the top of their game.

I love it

What I especially love about this podcast is its wholistic approach to weight loss. Sure all the science backed diets, supplements and ways of exercising get you there but the change in mindset, values and definition of health is all the craze for me because they help you with maintenance and overall satisfaction. And he is nailing that!!

I love listening to this podcast and it’s progressed since the early episodes but some information should be taken with a pinch of salt. There are more science focused nutrition podcasts such as Sigma nutrition but it’s still interesting to listen to
