For the Thinking Gamer

The NZCast is a show by people who are incredibly cynical, freelance and interested in videogames, which is the main appeal of the show! If you want a real opinion on videogames unmired in controversy, an opinion based on the where your time with games, considering their cost and quality or simply love vague dinosaur references and angry men from "Up North" it's probably the listen for you.
It is for me!

Full-bodied and aromatically dark

In short, this is a podcast for any occasion, from warm summer mornings to cold winter nights. Thanks to the blend of two unique varieties which it employs, one is always left feeling alive and uncynical, as well as chemically altered. This podcast has sweet notes combined with a pointed yet not unpleasant bitterness, making a delightful and unrivalled contrast. A long period of preparation, for example standing in the kitchen for a few hours, can help to bring out its mellow notes, but this podcast can be enjoyed equally well directly after completion of its preparation, giving a nuttier sensation.

I once thought the NZCast was my lover

Easily by far the greatest videogame podcast currently existing on which there is a co-host called "Gavin", the NZCast is a podcast based loosly on videogames. The hosts (one of which, John, is far better than the other) weave a tale of true class. Politics, art, food and bodily functions all help obscure the topic of videogames to the point you almost couldn't tell it was there.
