Seal of approval
I met Simon Callow recently and he agreed that 'Death in Genoa' was wonderfully written, how the entire cast and crew pulled together and how it was a thrilling to act due to it's vast emotional range. Having listened to it prior to meeting hi (therefore without prompiting and hindsight!) It really shows! Look forward to hearing the others on offer!
brilliant
I had not heard much about Alan Turing until the campaign for him to receive an apoligy became prominent. This documentary has opened my eyes to how he was treated and what impact he had on the modern world. Im glad we now live in a country where it is acceptable for people to be gay and be treated with just as much respect as everyone else. Well done Made in Manchester and The Independent for showcasing this documentary
Turing's Test - Man and Machine
A bizarre and enlightening exchange between Paul Kendrick’s Machine and Samuel Barnett’s troubled Alan Turing. This was a real joy to listen to. I learnt more about Alan Turing. This was just enough to pique my interest. Tight production, well-chosen sound effects and excellent content. Keep up the good work!
