Podcast Description
Lethal Watching is a movie podcast looking back at the classic pieces of cinema that have defined our lives so far. Please note that there may not actually be that much talk about classic cinema and more talk about who would win in a fight, Stallone or Van Damme.

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 39 - A View To A Casino With Love | Welcome to Watching. Lethal Watching. ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 38 - A Particular Set of Skills | This week, Gerard Martin and Phil come together to discuss the career of Liam Neeson, Part Time Jedi and Full Time badass. Or is he? Well, yes. But is he? Just about. To find out for sure you will have to listen to the show so get to it! And apologies for the casual xenophobia, Gerard can do a lot of accents but Irish isn't one of them. Enjoy! | 13 11 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 37 - Forgot About Count Duckula | Here it is; the second of our Scare-tober Specials! Join Martin, Phil and a resurrected Gerard as they discuss one of cinema's most popular monsters: DRACULA. First they discuss a few highlights before working their way through several films from an awfully long list. So they might have missed some you wanted them to talk about. So tough. ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 36 - Werewolf Scaretober Special | AAAAAWOOOOOOOOOOOOO and other noises! Lethal Watching is back again in their favourite month (apart from Christmas, obviously) of SCARETOBER. In the build up to Halloween, Gerard Phil and Martin talk about the Top Five Werewolf films. It was going to be a Top More Than Five but then we realised that we hadn't seen that many werewolf films. But no matter! We'll talk about the ones that we know and them ramble on about some others, like normal. And watch out for the shock twist! | 16 10 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 35 - Dragon Special 2: Dragon Harder | That's right, because YOU demanded it (no, not you, YOU) we're back with more dragon talk! Gerard, Martin and Phil just couldn't let this topical hot potato sit so had to come back to it to discuss more films with our fire breathing friends. And you know what, one of the films this week is actually really good! No really! Get listening and just ignore the bit where the quality of Gerard's Skype call drops through the floor. I know you ignore him anyway so it shouldn't be a problem. Enjoy! | 2 10 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 34 - Here Be Dragons | This week in Lethal Watching, join Phil, Martin and Gerard as they...wait, what? Did he just...? Is he...? GERARD IS BACK? Oh yes! Why, to talk about dragons of course in the long awaiting Movies-With-Dragon-In-The-Title Special! That's right, because YOU demanded it we have three fantastic (not really) dragon films for you to enjoy (endure)! | 18 9 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 33 - Derek Williams' VHS Klassix | See? Told you we'd be back! Well, most of us. Gerard is too bust off ensuring the future of the species which leaves Martin and Phil alone and in charge. Which means that we have a super special guest! And the guest this week is a bona fide Internet Legend in the shape of Derek Williams! That's right, the star of One Life Left with his Free Market Economy has joined us to talk through some of his favourite VHS Classics! No, wait, Klassix. It's a long one this week but a fun one so enjoy! | 4 9 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 32 - The Magic Is Back | That's right folks, after what feels like an eternity (well, it did for me using a Windows 2000 laptop for the past few weeks) but we're back! Phil and Martin and...well, not Gerard as he still can't make it but we've got Ryan back! That's great, isn't it? Yes it is! And his idea for the show was for us to discuss our favourite directors from both the 20th and 21st Centuries, because he's a pretentious film student. Still makes for a good show! We're back! | 21 8 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 31 - Phil is a Big Boy Now | Once again it is that time of year; Phil's birthday special which means that he gets to talk about what HE wants to talk about for a change. So he picked Sneakers. But, in order to make Martin and Gerard feel a bit more involved he made it Early Nineties Classics That No One Else Talks About Any More. What are these two other undiscovered gems? Not saying. You'll have to download the podcast to find out. HA! | 10 7 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 30 - There Are No Words | Wow, has it been a year? Yes it has which means that it's time for Gerard's Birthday Special. So what topic did he pick for this special occasion? Well, he didn't. He didn't pick a topic. He just wanted us to have a big old chat. Which Martin and Phil translated as 'get the beers in'. So apologies for all the Superman talk. And everything else. Sorry. | 26 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 29 - Far, Far Too Long | This week Martin returns with a new lease of comedy life and rejoins Gerard and Phil as they discuss their favourite films that have been turned into animated TV series. This, however, quickly turns into one of those "let's just discuss all of our favourite cartoon shows we watched growing up and then get Phil to edit it who then goes crazy downloading theme songs off YouTube which makes the show about half an hour longer" type of shows. Set phasers to ramble, engage waffle factor 10 and get ready for a long one in all senses of the word. | 12 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 28 - The Architect, Nuclear Man and Robin Walk Into a Bar | Martin has abandoned Phil and Gerard in a quite astonishing lack of commitment to the show. But nevermind, this means that it's time for a guest star so welcome back A Bad Education Irregular contributor, Ryan Holland! He brings with his his vast knowledge of stuff in order to discuss some top notch Franchise Killers, the films that stopped a movies franchise in it's tracks with it's sheer awfulness. And it gets bad. Really bad. Hope you enjoy! | 29 5 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 27 - You Muppet | Because you (one of you at least) requested it, here is The Jim Henson Special! Join Gerard, Martin and Phil as they take a look through the highlights of one of the boldest visionaries of the cinematic arts, the voice of Kermit himself. Then, enjoy a ride through nostalgia as Phil and Gerard reveal the full details of the vinyl LP collections of their youth as Martin looks on disgustedly. Enjoy! | 15 5 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 26 - Murphy It's You | This week on Lethal Watching it is Martin's birthday so what better way to celebrate that to take a look through the filmography of one Eddie Murphy. Yes, that Eddie Murphy. The one that was in Norbit. Yeah, that Norbit. But don't worry, Phil and Gerard join in to keep it interesting and by interesting we mean a bit rambly and sweary. Same as normal then! | 1 5 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 25 - The Worst Films EVER | In his ongoing attempts at vengeance for being made to watch The Ice Pirates, this week Martin got everyone to watch what they think are the worst films ever made. GASP as Gerard moans about bad Irish accents yet again! TREMBLE as Phil lays down the law on Sandra Bullock! WINCE as Martin discusses his passion for romantic comedies! Then make sure to email lethalwatching@abadeducation.com with your thoughts on the worst film you've seen because no one ever emails us so it would be nice to get some this week. Please. Please? Thanks. | 17 4 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 24 - The Ignorant Sword & Sorcery Episode | This week Gerard, Martin and Phil strap on their leather cod pieces, heft their broadswords and go exploring through the Hyborian age! As in, sword and sorcery films. Well, Conan. And a couple of others. And a fair bit of rambling about a genre they don't know too much about. But they won't let a thing like lack of preparation stop them as they've got this far without it! | 3 4 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitOoo, Heaven Is A Place On Earth | Here’s a special treat for you folks this week from William and Ally Lockhart, the creators of World’s Wildest Dudes, their brand new audio show! What would happen if Heaven was actually on Earth? Well it is now in the form of a lovely family friendly holiday park in sunniest…Scunthorpe. But things are not running altogether smoothly at Heaven. God has taken a leave of absence and Jesus has gone AWOL leaving voice of God, Metatron as well as head angel Abdiel and human apprentice Tony to keep things ticking over. It just happens to be the day of the coming Apocalypse, and with mounting financial troubles and some unexpected surprises along the way, how will they manage to provide the people of Scunthorpe with the theological experience they would normally expect in the afterlife? | 28 3 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 23 - Don't Mess With The Ice Pirates 'Em Up | This week Lethal Watching returns with 100% less catastrophic technical failures! That’s right Lethal Listeners, you will get all of the recorded chat for this show rather than a hodge podge of bad 999 jokes. But what do we have for you? Well, last week Gerard, Martin and Phil gave each other films to watch that they think the others would like. How successful do you think they’ll be based on their previous track records? Yeah, yeah it’s that bad. | 28 3 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitLethal Watching Episode 22 - Broken | Cards on the table Lethal Listeners; this was not our finest week. Or, rather, was not Phil’s finest week. Thanks to a catastrophic laptop balls up his audio was lost which made him weep and Gerard and Martin point and laugh. So out of the ashes comes staggering the Lethal Watching Movie Death Special, incomplete and sewn together like a bizarre podcast Frankenstein Monster. And it’s coming for you! | 28 3 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Essential
If you were born in the 70s or 80s this is pretty much essential listening. Two guys with a deep love of all the movies which made us who we are today. They fire off one another perfectly. A joy to listen to and one of my fav shows already.
WillziakDS
Yeah this is a good one. They talk about these movies that are sort of 'uncool' to like, but almost everyone does! From the Rutger Hauer starring B-movies, to a tour de force such as Die Hard, They talk up the coolest of the cool!
(cool meaning geek)
(In a good way!)
