Well worth a listen
Glad I'm not the only Star Trek fan out there. I'd never realised you can discuss the phenemon that is Star Trek in such depth! As they've pointed out the best accolade is that you can find all these faults with something and it still is one of the best loved shows on TV. I don't always agree with all their points but it is fun thinking about the things brought up.
Make it So Good
Excellent podcast for Star Trek fans or for anyone with a passing interest in Star Trek or even anyone interested in hearing some rambling discussion. First downloaded when I wanted something other than music to listen to whilst going on a train journey; the hosts (Rich and Mike) are first and foremost Star Trek fans and clearly have a great deal of knowledge on the subject. However, this is not what you would expect from a podcast about Star Trek. The joy of the podcast is that the hosts are able to both take the Star Trek very seriously and mock its flaws at the same time. Some of the most common themes are pointing out things that are wrong with the show, but always with the respect and humour it deserves. The weekly topics covered are also very different from other podcast. There are the occasional episodes which are just season reviews, however they just as likely to have an episode anything from best ships, crews, weapons etc. All in all a very funny, informative and entertaining podcast.
This is a truly amazing Podcast
You dont need to know to much about Star Trek to listen to this. I think Captain Picard Said it best "Tea, Earl Grey, hot"
