New news and how to get it out there
You raise an interesting point about the importance of providing ongoing "new news" to keep the consumer engaged and buying. But just as marketers nowadays need to think about creating new news, they also have to think about how they will deliver it. There are now so many channels available to them but budgets don't allow them to use them all. Understanding where to reach your news hungry consumers is getting increasingly important. If you don't spend enough time researching and perfecting this, your news might fall on deaf ears.
Practical and interesting topics
I like the format of the blog in terms of weekly postings. Gary comes up with interesting topics that are not your run-of-the-mill topics and he puts an interesting angle on them. Definitely worth listening to for anyone in marketing or business and always leaves me thinking more about that subject. Gary's blog is equally a favourite of mine.
