Podcast Description
These ScreenCasts from PagetoScreen, introduce you to the methods of building eBook content and handcrafting the layout. We cover InDesign, XML, HTML and CSS. We endeavour to explain the ePUB format as well as enhanced PDF. Some features of ExpressionEngine (a content management system) are also covered. Many of the Screencasts relate specifically to sessions run by ChrisJennings during University courses within Publishing Degree (Undergraduate and Graduate) level Programmes.

| 7 | VideoAdding graphics to the Banner for the Blog | In this screencast we find out how to use Photoshop to create an image with a background and text with a halo. The background is then saved as a JPEG for use in the CSS for the banner background, and the text is saved as a PNG file in 24 bit tranparent mode.
