ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 6 (Window) | Norman Lovett and Cariad Lloyd join the boys for the final #flatslam in the series - and it is a bumper-length fight over who is going to clean the flat windows. While Cariad gives us some very sensible glass-buffing tips, Norman goes off on one talking about 'The Big Bang Theory'. Worse is to come when he reveals he isn't a fan of puns - how will he cope with the next fifty minutes? Elsewhere in the show, Ben indicates how little he cares about winning, Tom is confused by vinegar and Matthew loses control. Plus a big shout to brave Beef Brothers complainee James who endures the collapse of his case with stoicism and by throwing in the towel before it has even got started. If you've enjoyed the series then please do help spread the word by telling people about it. We're back with more recordings at the Edinburgh Fringe in August - go to www.comedy.co.uk/pfs-dtrt for more information. | 2 5 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 5 (Lock) | Dick & Dom visit from the bungalow next door to help Tom and Ben with their jamboree and orgy plans and inadvertently get caught up in the eternal conflict raging over who has to fix the broken front door lock. And of course when you settle any argument relating to home security you're going to encounter impressions, piggy-backs and toilet roll. Landlord Matthew even breaks with tradition and does an extended Quickfire round (don't get excited - it is the round itself, not the jingle). | 26 4 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 4 (Thermostat) | Josh Widdicombe and Brian Gittins swing by to help Tom and Ben determine who has control of the flat central heating. In this mindbending episode things hot up when Matthew disses Josh's anecdotes, whilst Tom and Ben try and guess what their houseguests think is cool and Brian is evidently fascinated by Kenya. This week with added helium (don't try this at home kids!). | 18 4 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 3 (TV Remote) | Roisin Conaty and Tom Allen provide able assistance in a battle over who is going to change the TV remote control batteries. In the course of this world-changing episode you won't learn... whether Ben shouts 'Leamington' during sex; which is better: digestive or custard creme; and how many Blue Peters featured the dog Petra. You will hear... Matthew getting confused over which Tom is which; one of the Toms cracking an awful joke about buzzers; and the other one telling an entirely non-scary ghost story. | 11 4 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 2 (Bath) | Josie Long and Shaun Keaveny find themselves in the flat just in time to witness Matthew, Ben and Tom squabbling over who is going to clean the dirty bath. Accordingly, the show combines snorkels and snails with a Flat Games round that pushes all involved to the limits of fondant-based human endurance. Not only that but you're about to witness two Flatslam Firsts! If you're enjoying the series then please help spread the word by blabbering about it. | 4 4 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2, Episode 1 (Lightbulb) | Jon Richardsonand Bridget Christie join Pappy's for the first episode of a brand new series. And this must be our most competitive show yet with Jon and Bridget's brooding rivalry boiling over several times. As it is themed around lightbulbs, naturally the show contains elements of German singing, ghosts and errant cyclists (and thanks to Abby for the beef). So... A new series... What's refreshingly new? What's lazily the same? 'Bits' and 'lots' are the answers, almost certainly in that order. If you want to support the show please talk about it! | 28 3 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 2 Teaser | Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown is coming back for a second series! Fresh from winning the 2012 Loaded LAFTA for funniest podcast, Matthew, Ben and Tom are busy getting into petty arguments over a new batch of mundane household chores to generate ideas for the show, the houseguests have been booked and all we need now are some audiences to come along and see the live recordings! | 21 2 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitFestive Special | With Iain Lee and Humphrey Ker. Pappy's return with a special Festive Flatshare Slamdown full of big questions including 'How much can Tom eat?', 'Is that your Brian Blessed?', 'Has the show learned any lessons from the first series?' and, as the beef brothers try to help Sean - living in a caravan outside his parents' house, does anyone actually construct one cogent argument? The answers include 2 nos, 1 yes and 1 lots. Plus Secret Santa, Ice Hockey and a 12 Days of Quiz-mas style final round. | 14 12 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 6 (Rubbish) | With guests Robin Ince and Matt Forde. The final Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown is aptly rubbish-themed and there are so many questions: Who is going to take out the bins? Who out of Tom and Ben is going to be crowned the series champion? What is the right way to eat a scotch egg? Will anyone be quite as drunk as Rufus Hound was in the last episode? In the show Tom and his guest Matt Forde finish off the jamboree with their Oasis tribute act, Ben picks up a ranting Robin Ince in the pub and is forced to bring him back to the flat and Matthew makes an appearance in an unusual place - speaking of which it is also worth mentioning that the stings really do bow out on a high note. Plus - Bin line-up, the Real Ale Relay and the aforementioned egg based puzzler from someone calling themselves Wowser. | 7 7 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 5 (Milk) | With guests Rufus Hound and Holly Walsh. It's the penultimate Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown and we're getting milky as bottle-fed Tom and Holly Walsh take on by-the-breast Ben and a 'tipsy' Rufus Hound. Can Matthew keep the panel on the correct side of the taste, decency and misogyny line? As battle progresses, Ben gives us a recipe for Strawberry and Garlic milk, Tom finally gets a response for banging on about the Jamboree, Holly is outraged by the rules of the 10 metre sprint, Beef Brothers is almost resolved before Fanshawe Standon gets to speak and Rufus - did we mention that Rufus had had a drink or two? - takes over the Quickfire round. | 30 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 4 (Mouse) | With Helen Zaltzman and Olly Mann. In the fourth Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown the boys play host to Helen, Olly and Martin from the award-winning Answer Me This! podcast - and everyone is fighting to avoid having to find and kill a mouse that has been terrorising the flat. Along the way Ben reveals his elephantine origins, Tom discovers the ideal time of day to listen to the Flat Olympics round (this week: Marathon and Triple Jump) and Matthew is upstaged by a riddling rhyming rodent. Also Olly gets angry with the audience for no reason and Helen takes beef brothers quite seriously - attempting to offer genuine advice. And this weeks Beef-er Claire deserves a high five for persevering with us despite not being able to hear everything that's going on and consequently being erroneously labelled 'a little bit racist' (she's on the phone from Birmingham - that's right, we've gone technology crazy). The beef is a cracker - all about noisy eating. | 22 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 3 (Dinner) | With Isy Suttie and Maeve Higgins. It's Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown the third and the flatmates are arguing about who's going to make dinner. Tom gives us his recipe for Tobasco Avacado, Ben forgets how to say the word 'jump' and Matthew tries not to get angry with the Quickfire Round jingle. Joining in are professional tumbler Isy Suttie, the bogus inventor of lasagne Maeve Higgins... and Fanshawe Standon's cousin. And this week's beef concerns the rights and wrongs of 'kitchen audits' - loads of thanks to Michael for bringing it along. | 16 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 2 (Post) | With Andrew Collins and Katy Wix. Matthew, Ben and Tom are bickering over who is going to pick up a parcel from the post depot. Collings & Herrin's Andrew Collins tells us about an unusual package he received from one of the Levellers and bungalow-dwelling Katy Wix from off of the TV recounts how she once took a delivery of sausage from a butcher. The contest takes in Pass the Parcel, Canoeing and a 'Toddler versus PS3'-themed Beef Brothers courtesy of Stephen. | 8 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitSeries 1, Episode 1 (Gas) | With Richard Herring and Andy Zaltzman. In this first episode of Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown Matthew, Ben and Tom are arguing over who is going to pay the gas bill. The Bugle's Andy Zaltzman and As It Occurs To Me's thermostat-misunderstanding Richard Herring join the fray as the teams battle it out over fake bands, flying cheese and the longest jingle you'll ever hear. A big thanks to audience member Dave who allowed the panel to attempt to sort out his trumpet-based flatshare beef with bewildering results. | 1 6 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

A great start
That is the best introduction to a new podcast I have ever heard.
Very good (99% of the time)
Gets better as it goes along. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I really dislike the first couple of minutes of every episode where they introduce the subject.
Great fun
Enjoy the irreverent style and the quickfire round sting makes me smile every week.
