It's done me proud

I used the 5k set to see me through to a 5k charity run last September and am now half way through the 10k set now in preparation of a run in May. I really don't think I could have done it without podrunner intervals - it's been perfect for setting realistic goals and the sense of achievement each week when you see your running progress is immense.

One point though - where is week 10 of the 10k set??

Getting To Grips with 5K

Like many people, getting back to losing some weight and getting fit are the usual New Year goals. Finding it easier ... well, just, with these podcasts! Keeps me moving faster than I would have done and encourages me to go that bit further...! Thanks. One thought... I find that on week 1 at 6.8 KM an hour on the tredmill I can keep up to the beat for the slower intervals, but when the higher intervals start struggle to get the right speed - any chance of suggestions on the speed of the tracks? Thanks anyway, great Podcast!
