Podcast Description
Regeneration is an authentic community on a mission that finds its worth in being accepted by God and His Christ - Jesus of Nazareth. The Spirit of God has called us to establish a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural community that also spans socioeconomic and generational differences, celebrating the creative diversity of God. God’s community is a family and a healthy family grows in numbers and in influence. As we grow we will have a transformational impact on Fayetteville, NWA and ultimately the World. People from all backgrounds are welcome to join our family and we deliberately extend an invitation to every man, woman and child to partner with us. Finally, it is our passion to see such a community reproduced as often as possible. With leadership support from Newfrontiers USA, we train and equip leaders, sending them out accompanied by our vision and support into Arkansas, the United States, and the World. We truly are an expression of new life, love and diversity. Come and join us on our mission to make Jesus famous!

Diversity in Ephesus | Paul established a church planting base in Ephesus that saw the proclamation of the gospel to the whole of modern day Turkey. Many people became followers of the Way and everyone heard the story of Jesus. The impact of the gospel was so pervasive that unsavory characters, who relied on false worship and witchcraft for financial gain, began to loose money. They Were Together Pt.2 | The church in Acts 2 was experiencing great unity and fruitfulness. Worshiping, learning, praying, sharing meals and possessions had become a way of life basically over night and God was adding people to their number daily. They were together and they were full of the Holy Spirit. Are we together? Are we full of the Holy Spirit? To be 'together' we must be full of God. | 20 8 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

They Were Together. Are We Together? | The early church as described in Acts was made up of people who were "together." They ate together, worshiped together, learned together, prayed together, and they were generous together. The scripture doesn't say that they "lived together," but it implies that they definitely had a common life "together." The early church was a people that shared life "together." Do we? Are we "together" in this life living for the next? | 13 8 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Worship Is Rooted in Relationship | Worship comes in all formats and styles, but all of our worship to God is rooted in one thing: our relationship with Him. God is not a dead idol that cannot respond or enjoy our praise. Rather, He responds, delights, and dwells among us, speaking to us through the Holy Spirit. It is this exact aspect of Christ-centered worship that should spur us on to sing, praise, and exalt God with genuine joy and freedom. | 23 7 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

City in a City | Did you know that being deeply involved in your city can and should produce results for God's Kingdom. Unfortunately, too many Christ followers shrink back from being involved in the their own city. Jeremiah told the Hebrew exiles in Babylon to become deeply involved in every aspect of the Babylonian culture. The Hebrews were to take God's Kingdom culture right in to the city to have a positive impact on the welfare of Babylon. Confronting Complacency | Are we self-satisfied and complacent, or do we find our satisfaction in God and His purposes? A Good Start! | Are you ready for a challenge? Do you embrace change and being outside of you're comfort zone? If not, you're not alone. When Jesus completed His time on earth we can say that He had around 120 active participants. After many miracles and rising from the dead you would think that He would have had more than 120 willing to wait, watch and pray. People loved what Jesus had to offer in the immediate but when it came down to following, that was more than people actually hoped for. Nothing has changed. After three years Jesus had around 120 participants. After three years Regeneration has around 40 active participants! We have a good start! | 11 12 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Love Each Other [community] | "Love Each Other" at first glance reminds me of the idea of "hugging my sister" when I was young boy. I just wasn't that interested or excited about hugging my sister. Hugging was for girls. Unfortunately the church is often seen as something for women only. Following Jesus and being part of a church community is seen as something weak. Contentedness = Hoplessness | The challenge for us in the American church is that we are too often content with keeping up with the status quo and have no intention of using the "Gift of Faith" as an instrument to keep us focussed on the war at hand while our eyes stay firmly fixed on eternity with Jesus. The Atonement of Jesus | The Old Testament high priests had to atone for the poeple's sins on a regular basis, but Jesus didn't have to repeatedly atone for sins - he did it once for all. There is nothing that we can do to acheive right-standing with God - all of our righteous acts are like filthy rags. The Priesthood of Jesus | The high priest regularly makes atonement for sins, and basically begs God to not destroy the people. Hebrews is the only place in the New Testament that talks about Jesus being the high priest. Unlike Jesus, the Old Testament priesthood was unable to bring perfection. Jesus lives to intercede for us - it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. This is why we need Jesus alive: if the good and perfect Jesus had not taken up life again in order to intercede, or stand in the gap, for us, we would fall into the hands of the living God - we would receive the wrath that we deserve. | 10 4 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Assurance to the End | You are called. Are you confident in your calling? We want you to get to a place where you can't be talked out of it. Confidence in your calling comes from the producing of fruit. It is your responsibility to press into the deeper things of God, into deeper relationships in the community, and into reaching the outside community. Proclaim the word of righteousness. Be salt and light. | 13 3 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

The Prophetic | Moses said that he wished "that all could receive the gift of prophecy". Paul also says that we should "eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy." To prophesy means to speak on behalf of God, or to speak the mind of God. The Old Testament "office" of the prophet was usually used to warn God's people to repent. The New Testament "ministry" of the prophet is for strengthening, encouraging, and comforting. Just like any other gift, this gift is given by the pleasure of the Holy Spirit. But prophecy is the only gift that we are encouraged to ask for, and it should be done in the spirit of service. | 20 2 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Enter His Rest | The Israelites chose not to enter in to the rest that was promised because they lacked faith for what God asked them to do to get there. We should have a healthy fear that we have not actually entered into his rest. Not a fear of being lost - Christ died to deliver us from fear of death. We need to be diligently understanding who God is, and understanding the salvation he has provided, and entering into it. If we do not bear fruit, he will trim us from the vine. In order to bear fruit, we must be firmly attached to Jesus. | 13 2 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Jesus, Our High Priest | Jesus is our Hight Priest in the order of Melchizadek. The high priest is chosen by God, but is one of the people - he can sympathize with our weakness because he himself is beset with weakness. But Jesus took the flesh and made it perfect. He took the nails, and took the blood into the Holy of Holies, before God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people, and because we are in Him, we can approach the Father with boldness. | 6 2 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Jesus is Bringing Many Sons to Glory | God wants to bring many sons to glory (into his community) through Jesus. To be with him, in his presence, for all eternity. God is seeking worshipers. We are not seeking to worship - we don't find God - God finds us. | 23 1 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Changing the Face of Christianity | The purpose of the church is for the conversion of sinners, not for the comfort of the saints. To do the work of God. Jesus did not save you for your sake. He did it out of obedience to the father. To win the obedience of those that would serve God. | 16 1 10 | Free | View In iTunes |
