Spikes 29 ~ Challenging Running | A conversation this week with Andy in Lancashire as well as catching up with Julie’s training. I give some thought to running attire in colder weather but, really, if you want to read about running in the cold then get a copy of “Just A Little Run Around The World” by Rosie Swale Pope...it’s a good read. If you’d rather watch a film then there’s one I saw recently called “Inside Job” about the financial meltdown in 2008...actually it’s wholly unedifying but it does explain how the financial world brought us to this mess. | 17 1 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Pure running joy!
A fantastic new podcast that sits very comfortably alongside the best in running new media. In each episode Peter opens up new thoughts about running and himself. Subscribe to it now and then go through the whole back catalogue. It's compulsive listening. Well done Peter, there's something for the new runner and those of us club runners that have been in the sport for decades!
An Honest running Podcast
Peter talks from the heart about his life, loves & his running. He's not endorsed or sponsored by anyone and he honestly talks about the things that he likes, what he doesn't like and just what's tickled his fancy this week. Keep it up Peter. Very enjoyable to bring along on my easy run days.
DB
