"Who's ever gonna buy a $600 phone" - now listen to the real Steve

I was outraged when Steve Ballmer uttered those words - he has never eaten them, but continues to mock Steve Jobs and he did it again after this was filmed.

This is the most relaxed, humble offering of Steve Jobs' insight into where technology is leading. He quietly foretells of the demise of the personal computer - and note his reaction when being asked about the timescale.

Balmer thinks Jobs is wrong again with the iPad (and mocks it in his own interview the next day) so Microsoft will to continue to push pen-based Windows 7 3hr battery life tablets until their market share follows that of Windows Phone.

It is so great to be able to contrast the visionary and the mechanic by watching this video (and seeing if MS publish Ballmer's)

Steve in the hot seat - great stuff

Great interview. Great to see Steve Jobs off the big stage, NOT peddling a product in a highly controlled way for once. Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher asks him the questions we all want to know the answers to, and Steve answers them all with (what seems like) remarkably honesty.

A must see if you have any interest in either loving or hating Apple.

Awesome

Very insightful interview with one of the greatest CEOs ever. Thanks for posting it as a podcast.
