9 - Open The Gap To Infinite Possibility | By now I hope you have found the Quest programme pretty well grounded in every-day common sense. Please allow me to take you on a journey beyond the everyday - into some ideas and beliefs that are not commonly held. They do tend to be held by great thinkers, and - perhaps more importantly - by great achievers. 'Accessing the Gap' has become one of the most common phrases quoted back to me by old participants on our programmes - and it its generally credited with changing people's lives. Sometimes considerably. You have just heard my input. On a live programme 80% of the time is spent working with the thoughts and ideas of the participants. It's still not possible to replicate that on podcasts so I just make one final wish - that you and I meet one day in the real world. Thank you for making it this far through the Quest Programme. 6 - Believe It or Not! | Now that we have explored Maps of The World - there are big implications that come from this. If my 'Truth' and your 'Truth' are not 'The' Truth ... then what's going on? If this episode Adrian Gilpin looks at how we create our beliefs - and how these literally sculpt the shape of our lives. “At 18, our convictions are hills from which we look, and at 45 they are caves in which we hide,” wrote F Scott Fitzgerald. | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

5 - Your Map of The World | Quick question! You and two friends go to watch a movie and each of you comes out with a very different opinion about the quality of the film. One of you decides it was funny, another that it was tedious, andother that it was offensive. Who is telling The Truth? If we want to achieve uncommon levels of success and happiness we need to understand how we make our Map of the World. If we want to have impact and influence - we need to get inside other people's Maps too! | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

4 - The "Real" Law of Attraction | Much has been written about the "Law of Attraction", especially since the publication of the enterprising and entertaining book "The Secret" which promises to reveal - for the first time in history - preciously guarded secrets that ancient monarchs and popes kept hidden from 'ordinary' people for hundreds of years. In fact, The Law of Attraction is one of the foundation beliefs of most significant thinkers and achievers over the years and is far from secret. It is that we attract and move towards what we think about. Henry Ford got it about right when he said, "If you think you can or think you can't - you're right!" I am a great fan of simple, long standing 'truths' and sometimes all we need is a gentle reminder of what we already know, rather than pseudo-mystcal explanations of common sense. What I love about common sense os that it isn't all that common. | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

3 - Finding The Energy To Succeed | You probably have no end of tension in your life, work, relationships, health and or wealth! This can be a good thing - as tension is energy - pure, simple, powerful energy and without it we would probably sit (or sleep) and do nothing. Stress is energy that has become so bottled up it is becoming dangerous - stress breaks things! So one way to reduce stress is to use the same energy to move you from where you are to where you want to be. | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

2 - So What Do You Really Want? | Stephen Covey tells us to, "start with the end in mind." Adrian explores the power of vision and knowing what you want - with clarity - and how taking command of our thinking is critical to achieving our goals. Achieving your goals is as much about what you think as what you do. Maybe more. | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

1 - The Quest for Success, Happiness & Fulfilment | An introduction to the Quest Programme. What is it that we are looking for in life, work, relationships, health and wealth? We are drawn to the questions that lie at the heart of Quest because of frustration (things are not all as we would like them to be) and restlessness (something's not right but we are not sure what is missing.) Often, leaders are simple those who ask the deeper questions than others. Creativity, success, happiness, fulfilment - these all come from a place of curiosity about what is life all about and what am I here to do? | 15 2 11 | Free | View In iTunes |
