50 - The Strongman (demo) | What must it be like to be a strongman? Someone who drags trucks around for a living? There's the adulation, I'm sure, but it sounds like hard work. | 1 5 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

49 - Valentine's Day | Making friends is hard to do. I've never "done" dating, I assume it's pretty much like this. | 24 3 12 | Free | View In iTunes |

48 - Clouds Across the Moon | Cover of the Rah Band classic, made melancholy folk flesh, by me. | 1 3 12 | Free | View In iTunes |
|
4 |
47 - The Coldest Western City Outside Anchorage | Not sure what the coldest Western city outside Anchorage is, or even whether Anchorage is the coldest western city. I could google it, but - you know what? I'd rather not know. | 31 1 12 | Free | View In iTunes |
|

45 - Yesterday is Here | Cover of the Tom Waits classic from his 1987 album "Frank's Wild Years" (not be confused with the song of the same name on "Swordfishtrombones"). | 30 11 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

44 - Retrospectively | Brand new song! I really like this track; scat-singing, Moldy Peaches overtalking, Pixies backing vocals, Franz Kafka quotations and Radiohead sweep-picking - it quite simply has something for everyone! | 31 10 11 | Free | View In iTunes |
|

43 - City of Lead | The loneliness of the long distance runner hounded through an almost endless city of lead; it has a science theme if you like. If you don't like, I don't think it loses much, which was sort of the point. | 9 10 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

42 - He smiled so gingerly | Another strange, sad song about a weird turn of events. We go wandering at night and are consumed by fire. | 30 8 11 | Free | View In iTunes |
|

41 - It Was a Brick | Song about... well, you'll get the idea. Started life as a result of listening to Primus and Talking Heads and Vampire Weekend a lot in the same week, and writing a jingle for Josie Long and Andrew Collins' BBC6Music show. Thanks to them for using it! | 31 7 11 | Free | View In iTunes |

29 - Bridges and Balloons by Joanna Newsom | Cover of Bridges and Balloons by the brilliant Joanna Newsom in homage to the influence it had over "We went to the bottom of the Ocean", which is released on August 11th at all good digital retailers. Go to thesoundoftheladies.com for lovely physical CDs. | 1 8 10 | Free | View In iTunes |

Really nice music, all for free - Mr GG
I completely recommend this podcast to all music lovers. If you like alternative rock, and you like music to be free, this is the show for you. Band member Martin (you might know him as Martin the Soundman from Answer Me This! Podcast) introduces the show each month by rounding up the band's news and gig listings, and then you get to hear a new song, which you can download for free off their website. Lovely songs.
Very good!
If you like quality music and free stuff then get this! I thoroughly recommend this to EVERYONE. Good job mr austwick :-)
The pleasantly demented...
