In his 3rd Edinburgh Festival solo show Tiernan says apathy schmapathy. The world's a mess and he's got his marigolds on, ready to tackle all. After years of being politically ignorant to the point where he thought a capitalist was someone who only used lower case letters, Douieb's found himself gigging to protestors at the TUC demonstration, to UCL students occupying their university against tuition fees and nearly ended up on Question Time. Lucky he didn't or he'd have shouted at David Starkey a lot. Tiernan's had it up to here with the wrongs around the globe and he's only 5'5" so no one is really sure just how angry that makes him. Contains jokes, actual political views but not in a clever way, and occasional dancing.* * no dancing. I love what youve done with your hair/no hair/ceremonial headdress/extensive surgery to look like a werewolf. (Please delete where appropriate) Flattery can indeed get you everywhere (except for places within the MI5 building. You need a special keycard for that) and the smallest things you say and do can really affect someones day. As a professional small thing himself, Tiernan knows this very well. Comedian Douieb explores peoples good nature, the versatility of waffles, unsung heroes and there will also be some thoughtful bits, some bits that no one has thought about and two uses of the word horses. You may have seen Tiernan in such films as The Battle of Endor and Wicket Finds A Way. Well, that wasnt him. "He skilfully moves from topic to topic like a pro, and his simple observational humour is refreshing." This is a hilarious podcast, Tiernan uses a brilliant mix of words and spaces to deliver completely cutting edge humour with one eye on the world and another on his soul , this is a brutally honest yet light humoured comedy expierience. If you are looking for comedic inspiration or just a pick me up THIS is the podcast for you !

Little Things
I wasn't overly keen on the 28 years later podcast, but the Littlest Things podcast is super. I laughed lots, and I can't really write a better review than that.
