Perfect for me and much appreciated

These podcasts have seen me through some difficult times, keeping me sane as well as physically on top of things. Even in the good times, I cannot always find time to go to a yoga class, and often I will follow these podcasts in preference. They are well structured and well paced. I find Chaz easy to follow and I really like his approach. I have tried others in the past, but these podcasts suit me perfectly. Thank you Chaz.
