Can't open again

Recently, after downloaded other apps, this app cannot open again. Why?

I think I forced to loose all information and repeat download this app once again

Can't find support email

Please can the developer advise how to reset password. Accidently enabled screen startup password but can't remember the password. Now I can't access all my notes. Also can't find developer support email.
