Unable to remember my account number
It used to remember my account number sometime before, but right now i need to type in every time i update the meter value
The above has been fixed before but it comes back again 2022 recently. The source control is not good….
I need to reduce the rating a bit
Given up on the app
I am more than happy to use the Towngas app again when all the IT issues have been ironed out. I dont see the point to download this app when I cannot even log in! The app either telling me to connect to internet( i am using a functional 4G mobile)or to insert e-token which I dun have!
I have no choice but to switch back to paper statement and contact call centre for assistance.
App keeps crashing on login
When I use faceid to log in to the app it keeps crashing. Makes the app totally useless. I have to report meter readings by phone now. On the online web page i can log in but when I report meter readings it displays “System Error”...
Useless. I might as well delete the app and just keep the telephone number go dial in when I need to report meter readings.
