Cancelled order

I had the same treatment yesterday. We ordered from uber and nothing was delivered after half an hour. We called the restaurant and was told that the food was prepared but no one collected. Both the restaurant and I called their hotline but they never provided any follow up. We were later informed after one hour that the order was cancelled. But the cancellation was not even showing in the apps. Luckily I ordered from Deliveroo and got some food after an hour and a bit. After all the fiasco uber told me will go eat a 20 dollars coupon. What a load of rubbish. Will delete them from my phone.

Rubbish no instant CS

My food went to the wrong place and I didn’t receive it. I was in hunger and contacted the customer service, while there is just space for you to cm instead of having an instant chat with the customer service. Main pt is that they reply really really really slow that I totally have no idea how my issues can be settled and I have to order food again becuz I’m too hungry!!!!!!!!

This is not the first time and I’m really angry about that!!!!!!!!

Rubbish App! No way to find customer support! Won’t use it again!

I placed an order over 1 hour ago but yet they haven’t found a courier nearby to deliver yet. Seeing there is no way I can get my order before I had to go out, I searched for customer help to file a complain but sadly THERE IS NO WHERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR DELAYED DELIVERY ISSUE! If you go to HELP you will find an issue described as “MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED” but if you click in, they just tell you to bear with them and ask for your understanding, without finding a place to connect with real CS to report such issue and find a way to solve it! How ridiculous is that? It basically says to you that although it’s their fault but they can’t find you a solution and still ask for your understanding and patience to bear with them! FOOD PANDA IS WAY BETTER! STAY AWAY FROM UBEREATS!
