Mediocre app and totally meaningless

First few time I run it, it only show a long loading screen and error message.

After a few reload it get working. The app show the info supposed to deliver, just not feel like iPhone apps.

In terms of function it deliver what it supposed to do, but seriously why we need a special app for listing apps from government? Who are the target users? I totally feel hong kong money wasted on this and many other crappy apps.

User friendly

I can found which one is official apps by government, good idea.

Technically - it works good
User interface - easy to use
Design - nice color tone (I like blue)
Speed - sometimes very fast

Of course, improvement is very welcome. Especially the share function.
