The 'Neon Soldiers' have arrived!
'Absence' is the debut album by new Irish band 'White McKenzie'. It's a short but sweet offering to the gods of rock, having only six proper songs, but there is no padding or stocking filler here it is just one quality track after another. This album serves to showcase the range and talents of this band and even between the few songs included there is good variety and interest. The high quality of material and depth of talent just gets reinforced and proven with each repeated playing. It is a well crafted and polished debut album. I think the song lyrics are particularly good. In fact, I loved every minute of it. Be warned there are several 'catchy' tracks on this album that will stick in your head.

Excellent debut , way way too short great sound reminds me of early Pearl Jam , Soundgarden , Editors , Muse and maybe B.R.M.C great debut though can't wait for more
