Customer Reviews

Their worst album

Even though it came out to mixed reviews I really liked Sam's Town but that album is a masterpiece compared to this confused mess. No real memorable tunes and some songs feel like outtakes from a Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine recording session. One track (Joy Ride) even features a quite horrendous saxaphone solo that wouldn't be out of place on a Huey Lewis and the News album. There are a couple of decent songs here but nothing to compare with anything from the first two Killers albums.

Brilliant

I started listing to this and to be honest I thought I was going to be disappointed but I wasn't one little bit. I don't know yet if it's as good as hot fuss or sams town but Good Night Travel well could possibly be their best song to date!

Very Enjoyable

Standout tracks are Human, The World We Live In, A Dustland Fairytale.

Hot Fuss reveled in the garish glitz of the band's native Las Vegas, spinning tales of androgynous girlfriends...
