Totally New...

As I expected, on this album Madonna will explore a whole new dimension of music... I wasnt wrong. The sound is totally new and fresh and the album itself is absolutely awesome!!! Once again she showed that she is the queen of pop... P.S.To those who r confused: listen to this album at least 3 times and u will understand what am I talking about...

Hard Candy

Ignore some of the bad reviews, this album has totally surprised me as I was a little apprehensive about the hip hop vibes and whether it would suit Madonna's style of music. The Album is truly great. Stand Out Tracks of which there are many are. Miles Away a classic Madonna sing a long song. Give it to me which is the next single is a storming tour de force of a song... fantastic. She's Not Me is a chic 2008 style update that any confessions on a dance floor fan will thoroughly enjoy. Heartbeat is another great track ( great chorus) which any Madonna fan will enjoy.Great Great Album. Thanks ITunes for a truly great service.

There's been much talk of Madonna being forced to work with the big boys in order to restore herself as the queen of the charts once again, totally omitting the fact that her last effort, Confessions, was in the top ten of the worldwide year-end charts for 2 years running. And also forgetting that Madonna has carved her name in the history books for indeed taking current trends and making them her own: she has worked with Prince, Ricky Martin and Britney over the years, as well as some of the biggest producers such as Babyface and Nellee Hooper. So it's no surprise that she does so again here. But every Madonna album is an event, and often the music gets left behind. Objectively, Hard Candy is a storming album, filled to the brim with juicy beats and groovey rhythms. Her collaborations with Pharell and The Neptunes fare better: Give It To Me; Heartbeat and Beat Goes On are some of the best songs she's ever voiced. The pairing seems to have gelled that bit better. She's Not Me, Incredible and Spanish Lessons could have done with some editing, all never quite reaching their potential. 4 minutes, Devil Wouldn't Recognise You and Voices prove though that her money wasn't wasted in hiring the 2 two Tims and Nate. Candy Shop and Dance 2night however, are a tad dull, but Miles Away plays just fine. In all, Hard Candy is a delicious and sweet mix, and should prove to be a tasty ingredient for future tours.
