The Sun Seekers

Galway based band The Sun Seekers have been on the go since 2003, bringing their pop/rock sound to venues throughout Ireland, along the way sharing the stage with the likes of “The Walls” and “The Revs”. The band released their debut album “Window shopping for Porsches” in 2005 which featured guest appearances by Tony Lambert (ex-Bonnie Tyler Band, ex-Saw Doctors), Johnny Donnelly (ex-Saw Doctors) and Cormac Dunne and Derek Murray (The Stunning). In July 2006 they released the EP “Peace and Love” in which the title track reached number 5 on the iTunes download chart in Ireland. It was also used on RTE’s “off the rails” programme in November of the same year. The Sun Seekers are Fintan Donnelly on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Roswell Stanley on bass and backing vocals, Donal Farrell on lead guitar and Cormac Dunne (also of The Stunning) on drums.
