.....WELL THE WEEKEND'S NOT READY FOR YOU!!!
Usually I tend to go off in rants for how grotesque, amusing or wonderful a song is but with Calvin Harris' "Ready for the Weekend" there really isn't much to say about this flimsy, paper thin melody! It's brutal! Absolute rubbish! It doesn't deserve a home on anyone's iPhone/iPod and certainly isn't worth 99c!!!
Another great song by a great artist
Ready For The Weekend is almost a blend of 80s synth-pop, house and indie. And a great one too. You can sing along, tap your fight, and dance to it. The song can either be relaxing or get you dancing. Harris leaves me waiting for the release of the album in inscrusinating agony. Just a few more days :) Buy this song, it's worth it.
