Great app run well

This is a great app. It’s like a news story. That you can get about anything and discuss with anyone. Even if you never tweet you’ll just enjoy scrolling, and if you decided to tweet, you will get instant feedback on all your problems throughout the day and you can discuss them

Awful Support on premium+

As an avid supporter of Elon Musk and his ventures, I acknowledge the value and potential of this application. However, my experience with the customer support team has been less than satisfactory. Despite my enthusiasm for the platform, I find that responses to inquiries are often superficial and lack the depth and clarity one would expect. This is particularly disappointing when considering the expectations set by premium services, where a higher level of customer support is anticipated.

An explanation or guidance in situations where direct support is not possible would be greatly appreciated, yet such outcomes have been rare in my experience. This aspect of the service is reminiscent of my experiences with Tesla's customer support, which I find similarly lacking, and I say this as an owner of two Tesla vehicles.

Given these experiences, I would advise potential subscribers to carefully consider these factors before committing to a yearly subscription, especially since the policy on refunds is quite strict and there might be discrepancies between the features promised and those delivered, without adequate explanation.

I do not appreciate the direction this app is going to

During 2023 this app had several major changes that affected my experience.

First and foremost it now asks for a payment in order to view more posts. This doesn’t really matter during quiet times but when an event happens in the world I used to use this app to get as many perspective as possible. And during crisis this app could save lives. Not anymore, at least not for free.

Second, the Community Notes feature is being rolled out too slowly to the world. In an era where fake news are as harmful as a gun and sometimes more, this must be rolled out to everyone, immediately.

Third this app had a known name with known verbs associated with it; to tweet, retweet, and twitter have already been rooted in the language. The change of the app name and its actions was forced and ego motivated, and took something nice from twitters all around the globe.

In exchange users get nothing new or helpful.

It is worth nothing that all of these changes are for some trillioner to get even richer.

Boo.
