There were 2 continuous worst cab booking experiences with MakeMyTrip 1. Cab to Airport failed to send cab: Have booked a Cab to Airport for early morning 3:45am and paid full amount ahead (2 days before scheduled time). Till 3:35am didn’t get can driver details and the status showing delay and asked to cancel booking. Not sure how people can cancel and book a cab at last minute that too early morning 3:35am and would have miss the flight due to this irresponsible MakeMyTrip guys. It was panic situation and have requested my friend to drop me at airport… 2. Out station Taxi failed to send cab: Have booked for out station taxi for 8:30am and paid initial advance a day before travel. Till 8:20am no response and at 8:25am got a message saying unable to provide taxi. And is a last minute change, due to this my tour got delayed and have to pay 3000₹ extra for booking another taxi. If MakeMyTrip is unable to run can/taxi booking services better remove the service instead of creating problems to the travellers. I strongly suggest to all customers take wise decision on cab booking and due to my personal experiences I recommend to use a prompt and genuine cab booking service vendors. Don’t want to give 1 Star but as there is no 0 start option, have mentioned 1 star.

This was my first Goa trip with my family from 9th Jan to 13th Jan 2023.. No one bothered here about your tour… on the tour no one call u how your trip is going on but while booking they says everything… The moment you booked the package they forget you… Hotel choices and services was very poor specially with ocean palm hotel.. in the Gym area phone was also not working, towel was also not kept there… poor hotel… then taxi service was the horrible and when I tried to shared this with the taxi coordinator he even didn’t picked my calls… then from MMT side one photographer shoot was also there but one coordinate with us… when i coordinate with photographer he said next day somebody will coordinate you but no one so we left this photograph shoot also but MMT charged us this too in the package. But again MMT side no one coordinate with us how we are facing this horrible trip…I really never ever recommend anybody to booked packages from MMT … it’s wastage of money….
If I would have an option to rate this in negative star rating I ours like to do that also…

Hey I have been an MMT user from a very long time and had so many issues but this time it was really a drastic experience. We booked one property from MMT (Camp Advaita) and the pictures displayed were completely different from the property offered by the camp. There was only one person in the entire camp for assistance and he was not at all friendly the only thing that he kept on saying is ‘this is what we have’. Washrooms were almost 200 mtrs away from the tent. It was in the secluded area how can you expect women with children to walk more than 200 mtrs for washroom in the night. Washrooms were also really very stinky; with no lights and water. There was some unbearable weird smell in the rooms. We raised the complaint and they promised us to resolve the issue. We paid almost ₹6000 for the camp and did not stay for even a single second but did not get any refund the only thing that MMT representative told us that they cannot do any thing in this matter as booking was non refundable that means any one can display anything on the application and if you have booked from MMT you are stupid and you have to bear for your stupidity. Worst services ever there was no option of giving zero rating or I would have given ratings in negative. This is my personal advice to all of you not to book any property from these fakesters and book after viewing the hotel onsite those local people are really friendly and try to provide as much as possible to the guests.
