, INNATE HEALTH AND WELLBEING 12/02/09 | An idea I've come across in recent years is this: when you have a clear mind, what arises is your natural and innate mental health and a sense of wellbeing. The idea is that wellbeing lives within you and is already part of who you are. Related to this is the equally appealing knowledge that this process is not one of progressive and slow enlightenment, but rather an uncovering of a deeply natural state available to everyone. If that's true, how do we get access to it? | 2 12 09 | Free | View In iTunes |

In other words, they become our Story. The story of Can't. We all have one (or ten), but could you be more creative and happier without it? Learn To Follow Your Gut — Hawaiian Huna 10/23/09 | Too many of us live lives of "quiet desperation." We continue to struggle to get the basic "nuts and bolts" of life that may seem to come so easily to others. We get impulses, but quickly override them with our doubts and our premature practicality. What about all the tny little ways we waste our time because we just don't say No, thank you — to something we don't want to do, or someone we don't want to spend time with. Refusing to Choose, Life As a Scanner with Barbara Sher 10/09/09 | Barbara Sher is a somewhat of a Titan in the coaching world, having written numerous books including best-seller Wishcraft. She is a woman who continues to break new ground year after year when it comes to living your dream -- always approached with a fresh new angle like ‘How To do What You Want When You Have No Goals, No Character, and You're Often in a Lousy Mood’. Her Twitter Idea Parties are a massive hit (they are where I met my sponsor in fact!) and her Success Teams have changed the lives of thousands of people. Her book, ‘Refuse To Choose!’ deals with people who have so many interests they’re unable to choose only one (she has named them ‘Scanners’). This subject has obviously struck a nerve. "...since the book and the TV show have been out in the public eye, I’ve received an astonishing number of impassioned letters," she says, "and all of them say Thank you!" As usual, Sher’s advice is not what you expect. She finds that Scanners aren’t dilettantes or undisciplined, and they don’t change interests because of A.D.D. or a fear of success. "They seem to be highly intelligent, multi-talented people who need to have more interests than the average person," she says. If you are ready for a dose of Barbara’s refreshing and loving message, join us for the show. You’re not a weirdo who just can’t settle on One Career anymore, you’re a scanner! Magnetize TRUE Success 10/02/09 | This week I’m thrilled you’ll be meeting my show sponsor, Peggy Pepper, as we talk about how you become a magnet for real success. Some people just seem to have IT. We all recognize IT in others and make the mistaken assumption that they were just born with IT. A little further investigation debunks that idea. Most successful people, the ones who exude some kind of special self-confidence have found ways to develop IT for themselves. SCREAMS OF CONSCIOUSNESS, creator, Peggy Pepper is no stranger to success. Within a very short time of launching her blog, she had thousands of subscribers in more than 42 countries. Although a successful entrepreneur, Peggy honored a long-time spiritual calling, and became an ordained interfaith minister in 2005. She is also a Success Team Leader with Barbara Sher (my guest next week, in fact) and a Facilitator of The Work — as well as a certified trainer in a wide range of human potential tools and resources — all in service to her mission of providing inspiration and support and to be a catalyst for others—to love the lives they live. Peggy is all about a life of purpose and passion, peace and prosperity, kindness and compassion, wisdom and humor… And she is a brilliant example of that. Before the age of 30, she was an award-winning creative visionary in the world of advertising. Her entrepreneurial successes include the creation of an energy company, posting more than $2 billion in revenue and that is just a sample of her many successful ventures. Her work as a coach, consultant and strategist for budding entrepreneurs was detailed in THE NEW ENTREPRENEURS: BUSINESS VISIONARIES for the 21ST CENTURY.
