Recensione album

The members of Simple Plan don't have anything new to say, but at least it sounds like they're having a good time saying it. They're so full of pep and energy that they even seem to be having fun even when they're singing "God must hate me" or proclaiming that "life is a nightmare." Granted, they sing mostly about typical adolescent trauma — their philosophy is best expressed in "I'm Just a Kid" when they bemoan that "the world is having more fun than me" — but they do seem to have the knack for putting these issues into words. Simple Plan doesn't break any new ground and doesn't stay revved on all cylinders all the time. This probably won't move you if you consider bands such as blink-182 and Sum 41 to be too mainstream for your tastes, and you might also be disappointed if you're searching for the perfect pop record. But if you're interested in an unpretentious collection of reasonably catchy and energetic songs, then you might want to consider this album.

Lo so che non è recentissimo, ma potrebbe diventare una bella colonna sonora per l'estate! La melodia e il ritmo sono felici, anche se un po' ripetitivi. Comunque i Simple Plan sono i MIGLIORI!!!

questo è senza alcun ombra di dubbio il miglior album dei simpleplan,nonostante sia il loro album più sottovalutato,in quest album ci sta un pop punk duro ma nche allgro,molto più punk che pop a differenza dei suoi successori ecco perchè ha venduto meno dei suoi successori perchè nn è un album pop,e uqesto è il fattoreche porta quest album un gradino su a still not gettin any e simple plan.segnalo:id do anything,the worst day ever(che sentiro il 14 settembre prima di andare a scuola),im just a kid(che mi rappresenta),addicted,od must hate me(forse al migliore),i wont be there e anche la più melodica(e commerciale) perfect

Favolosi

Non dimentichiamoci che è l'album d'esordio. Sonorità accattivanti per un ritmo che conquista, ma anche canzoni più lente come nel caso di "Perfect". Insomma un ottimo battesimo. Consiglio "I'm Just a Kid", "Worst Day Ever" e la stessa "Perfect".

Simple Plan is one of Canada's most successful punk-pop acts, featuring a lineup comprised of former high school pals Pierre Bouvier (vocals), Jeff Stinco (guitar), David Desrosiers (bass), Sebastien Lefebvre (guitar), and Chuck Comeau (drums).
