Grande Chillout, grandi colonne sonore!
Questo CD, con le sue arie soft e le atmosfere sensuali è' altamente raccomandato agli aappassionati di chillout e di etno-elettronica. Sempre alla ricerca di musica a basso costo per i nostri cortometraggi, ho scovato (grazie ad iTunes) questo gruppo che sto imparando a conoscere ed apprezzare. Buona musica, ricca di sonorità Ambient, Worldd e con scivolate sul Jazz. Nelle radio italiane non passa, ma in quelle american sì (cercateli su internet! se non mi credete). Questa band tuttavia compare in molte colonne sonore: ad esempio il film indipendente "Polesine" (Italia, 2005, diretto da Ferdinando De Laurentiis, teatro stabile di Ferrara), o il film britannico "The Quiet Assassin" (diretto da Alex Hardcastle, presentato al Sundance film festival e Cannes) ed altro (documentari, ecc.). In definitiva: un concept album imperdibile nel suo insieme, degno di compilation come Café del Mar, che comunque contiene anche un paio di "radio hit".

I play trumpet myself and founded their first CD was a pleasure for a jazz player, I then bought their second... Guys... The Sax and Trumpet player are even better in "The Alchemist"!!! You gotta listen to the way they mix jazz with electronic. Check out "Meditation", it's REALLY worth a listen!
