Two entirely different things
Anyone can manage. Not everyone can lead. When people learn that, they can work on mastering the traits for both.
Thank you MIT
Very important to know about leadership these days, and trying to improve your self to achieve that amazing character, "there is a big difference between management and leadership".....
So these videos are a first step to motivate your self to search more about that character, and to apply what you learn from them in your work field...etc
