Description

Die betriebswirtschaftliche Veranstaltung Produktion & Organisation hat zum Ziel, den Studierenden Grundlagen der Produktionstheorie sowie der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation zu vermitteln. Hierzu werden die Produktionsfunktionen von Leontief und Gutenberg sowie Substitutionale Funktionen erarbeitet. Diese Funktionen dienen der Bestimmung des Mengengerüsts für die ebenfalls behandelten Kostenfunktionen. Im Bereich der Aufbauorganisation werden Bestimmungsgrößen der Unternehmensorganisation sowie typische Organisationsformen besprochen. In der Ablauforganisation werden, aufbauend auf die Grundlagen der Produktionstheorie, Themen aus der Beschaffung, Materialwirtschaft und Logistik sowie zur Produktionsplanung und Produktionssteuerung besprochen.
