The IP Scholars Conference brings together intellectual property scholars to present their works-in-progress in order to benefit from the critique of colleagues. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology (CIPLIT®) at DePaul University College of Law hosted the 7th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars Conference on August 9-10, 2007. Over 115 academics from around the world attended and 75 scholars presented their works-in-progress. The conference was co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, Boalt Hall School of Law; the Intellectual Property Law Program, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University; and the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, Stanford Law School. 2007 Plenary Speakers Include: R. Polk Wagner, University of Pennsylvania Law School Lydia Loren, Lewis & Clark Law School Peter Lee, University of California, Davis School of Law Andrew Torrance, The University of Kansas School of Law Mark McKenna, Saint Louis University School of Law K.J. I tried listening to a number of these lectures but ultimately gave up. The "professors" presenting do not even seem to understand the basics of their respective fields.
