Dear Dave, Conversations is a monthly lecture series hosted by Dear Dave Magazine and the School of Visual Arts. The conversations occur on the second Monday of every month at the Visual Arts Theater in Chelsea and seek to explore contemporary photography through noted artists, critics, curators, and editors. All conversations are free and open to the public. Founded in 2007, Dear Dave, is a tri-annual publication of photography and writing. The magazine celebrates a community of visual thinking by publishing idiosyncratic and original work that is deserving of further recognition.
