Description

This series showcases the Location, User and Context-Aware Information Delivery project (LUCID) developed by Screen Media Lab at Birmingham City University which ran from September 2008 to March 2009. Accompanied by The University of Wolverhampton and Digital Birmingham, LUCID researched the impact of wireless technology and created innovative design solutions developed to move businesses forward through the use of mobile technology. The project explored the potential of mobile devices to deliver context aware information and produced several research demos and events such as the Flatpack Festival.
