Description

The David B. Weigle Information Commons in the Van Pelt Dietrich Library Center, supports collaborative learning and group activities using the latest technologies. The Commons includes group study rooms, "data diner" booths, alcove meeting areas, a high-tech teaching space, plasma display screens, laptops and a media editing lab. Through program partners, the Commons offers students personal and small-group assistance with research, writing, time management, project planning and communication skills. The Commons offers workshops, training, support and equipment for digital media projects - including video, audio, imaging, and web publishing.
