Kevin Locke's First Flute combines the sounds of nature and the music of Native Americans into a contemplative whole. Recorded at Sitting Bull's camp on the Standing Rock Reservation, the wind, water, and birds of the Dakotas provide a natural counterpoint to Locke's interpretations of the Lakota tribe's ancient melodies.
